Q: What foods and items can be donated?

A: We gladly accept a variety of donations, as long as they are safe and in good condition:

Food donations:

​

• Frozen foods must be unopened and purchased from a store

• Non-perishable items should be unopened, not more than one year past the best-by date, and free from damage or rust

• Pet food (unopened)

Other helpful items:

• Clean, empty plastic bags or boxes (no rips or holes) for packing and distribution

• Unopened and unused non-food items

General guideline: If you would not use it yourself, please do not donate it.

 

When in doubt, throw it out
